Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days after confirmation. During sales or new collection launches, processing may take slightly longer due to high order volumes but rest assured, we always strive to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Delivery Time

Within Punjab: Orders are typically delivered within 1 to 2 working days after dispatch.
Outside Punjab (Sindh, KPK, Balochistan & other regions): Delivery may take 3 to 5 working days, depending on your location and courier service availability.
Remote Areas: Please allow an additional 1–2 days for delivery.

You will receive a confirmation message once your order has been shipped, along with tracking details (where applicable).

Shipping Charges

We offer free standard shipping on orders above a specific amount (if applicable — you can define this later, e.g., Rs. 3,000).
For smaller orders, standard shipping rates will apply, which are calculated at checkout.

Delays & Exceptions

While we work with reliable courier partners, unforeseen factors such as weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays may occasionally affect delivery times. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.
