At Maleekah, every jewellery piece is handcrafted with care and precision. However, if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to assist you with an exchange in accordance with our policy below.
Exchange Duration
We offer a 3-day exchange policy, meaning you can request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for an exchange:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

It must include the original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase.

The jewellery should be free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Please note: Hygiene-sensitive products such as earrings cannot be exchanged once worn.
How to Request an Exchange
To initiate an exchange, please contact us at support@maleekah.com or send us a direct message on Instagram @maleekah.official within 3 days of delivery.
Once your request is approved, our team will share the return instructions and shipping address. Items sent back without prior confirmation will not be accepted.
Damages or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you’ve received the wrong product, please reach out to us immediately. Our team will inspect the issue and ensure a prompt replacement.
Exceptions / Non-Exchangeable Items

Sale or discounted items cannot be exchanged.

Gift cards and custom-made jewellery are non-exchangeable.

Exchanges are not offered on products showing wear, misuse, or customer damage.
Refund Policy
We currently do not offer refunds. Exchanges are provided only for eligible products as per our policy.
